Choose Use Defaults from the Effect pop-up menu in the Effect panel to load the default effects into the Effect panel. You can change the default effect settings.
To save an effect setting as the default:
| 1 | Select the object that contains the effect settings you want to use as the default. |
| 2 | Choose Save Defaults from the Effect panel Options pop-up menu. |
